Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• The W Sauce
• 32oz Velveeta Queso
• 1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese
• 2 Cans of Rotel
• 8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1lb Ground Beef
• 1/2 Red Onion
• 1/2 White Onion
• 1 10oz Jar of Dill Pickle Relish
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 2 tbsp Mustard
• 3 tbsp Mayo
Directions:
1. Get your oven or smoker to 275º.
2. Combine all of the ingredients in an aluminum sheet pan and stir.
3. Place on your smoker or in your oven for 45 minutes.
4. After 45 minutes, stir your queso.
5. Stir your queso again after an hour and a half.
6. After 2.5 hours, pull your queso and enjoy!
