*update* – The woman is Eboni Pouncy. She was shot multiple times but survived. She and her friend got locked out of her friend’s apartment and broke a window to get back in. One of the neighbors reported a possible break in. Ebony saw the police on her front porch and went to see what was happening. The two female police officers panicked and started shooting. One of the times incompetent officers saved a life through piss poor training and lack of shooting skills. The vast majority of rounds fired didn’t go through the window they hit the wall and front door.
