There are so many different types of fasting and in this special episode of The Dr. Gundry Podcast, we will take you through some of the most popular and effective forms of fasting.

So in a nutshell, 8:16 fasting is most simply described as eating during the day, and not eating at night. Sounds pretty simple, right? That’s because it actually… kind of is.
